The Resident Portal is just what the name implies—it’s your electronic personal help portal designed to make living at Saucon View apartments in Bethlehem as convenient and enjoyable as possible. With the Resident Portal you will:
Receive immediate text/email alerts for packages, dry-cleaning, etc.
- Have the ability to electronically pay rent, water & sewer and submit service requests.
- Bulletin Board to view & post messages from other residents.
- Resident Guide: Reference guide for important community information (emergency maintenance, important phone numbers, concierge services etc.)
HOW MUCH IS RENT?

WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
For our pet-friendly rentals in Bethlehem, the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent for qualified applicants. $50 application fee per applicant.
ARE YOUR BETHELEM APARTMENTS PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Keep your furry friend happy in a spacious, cat and dog-friendly apartment in Bethlehem, PA. At Saucon View apartments, residents enjoy easy access to Saucon Valley Animal Hospital, Wright Veterinary Medical Center, and Christmas City Veterinary Hospital. Additionally, our ideal location puts us within walking distance to Saucon Rail Trail, Hellertown’s Water Street Park, Water Street Park, and Monocacy Park. Whether you are exploring the area, playing together at our on-site bark park, or lounging in one of our roomy apartments, our community provides the perfect pet-friendly home for you and your four-legged friend.
- Cat Fee – $200 fee, $30 monthly fee
- Dog Fee – $350 fee, $40 monthly fee
No more than two pets are permitted per apartment. Dog Breed Restrictions Apply.
All residents and applicants are required to complete a PetScreening application. This application is required for pet and animal owners and applicants who do not own a pet or animal. PetScreening is a platform designed to help our residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies.
